    This video is so relaxing! Even though it is meant to be used for
    meditation I use it when I can’t sleep and I always wake up with headphones
    in my ears! I never make it through the whole video!

    This was a very healing experience. I cried a lot and realized how much
    fear is controlling my every move/life.Even though I really hate crying but
    I needed to so bad. It felt like I was drowning at first with all the tears
    but I slowly felt better and lighter as I finished the video. I haven’t
    felt like that in forever. I really want to change the way I am dealing my
    emotions now especially fear.

    I like her voice but she mispronounces don’t words terribly. especially
    anxiety, every time she said it I snapped right out, while smaller errors
    just made me think a lot. Another file for me tonight.

    I was completely relaxing on the beach, it was wonderful until I felt
    something crawling on my arm. I didn’t pay attention I was feeling nature
    until all of a sudden I I felt a burning sensation. I was being bitter by a
    yellow jacket 🐝 bee OUCH……
